At Blow Vapor, we strive to provide the highest standard of customer service. As such, we don’t anticipate you will ever need to exchange and return any of our items. However, in the special case that you do need to exchange or return any of our products, we offer a 30 days money back guarantee as well as 12 months replacement warranty program. In order to return your products just follow these two easy steps.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee:
In order to receive a refund for your item, please send it back to us in its original packaging within 30 days of the receipt of purchase. Make sure the package includes all the parts, including chargers, lanyards, cables and spare parts such as seals, user instructions and labels. If any of the items are missing or have been used, sorry, the refund will be voided.
Packages with broken seals, missing parts or damaged components, perishable items, and generally all returns that are unsuitable for future resale cannot be returned. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Ensuring the delivery of the product to us is your responsibility, and not Blow Vapor’s.

Our goal is your utmost satisfaction. Therefore if the product you received from us is defective or damaged, we will happily exchange it for you. **All exchange requests MUST be accompanied by an RMA form, a proof-of-purchase, and all items to be exchanged. This request must be received within one year from the original purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that don’t meet these requirements.
We always recommend that you return your product via traceable mail, as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered exchanges. Blow Vapor is not responsible for reimbursing any shipping and handling fees incurred when returning exchanges. E-Liquids and Disposable products are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
** If your item was damaged during delivery or “dead on arrival” and are unable to resuscitate, please make sure to contact us as soon as you receive your order. Damaged products must be reported within 10 days of the receipt of purchase. Failure to meet the deadline will result in decline of a refund.
